I am an educator, strategist, and community builder with a deep belief in the power of education to drive lasting change. My work lives at the intersection of systems thinking, humane pedagogy, and transformative action. For over 15 years, I’ve led initiatives in curriculum design, teacher development, nonprofit leadership, and global justice education—always with a focus on inclusion, integrity, and impact.
I bring a scholar-practitioner’s lens to everything I do, combining theory with lived experience to help organizations move from surviving to thriving. Whether I’m coaching educators, supporting nonprofit boards, or designing solutionary curricula, my goal is to make space for diverse voices and co-create systems that are equitable, sustainable, and human-centered.
I have worked across K–12, higher education, and the nonprofit sector, with expertise in language learning, project management, faculty development, and strategic planning. My consulting work grows from this cross-sector experience, offering grounded, relational support to those doing meaningful work in the world.

I’m also a proud Canadian Maritimer, Quebecor, and American who believes in showing up—with gratitude, grit, and a good sense of humor. I love snow. I cook well. I thrive in creative conversation and community. I believe the most powerful thing we can do is listen deeply and act with purpose.
