In collaboration with a nonprofit organization and community partners, I spearheaded the development of a large-scale program designed to support youth with disabilities. A central focus was the creation of a comprehensive childcare center, ensuring accessibility, inclusion, and long-term sustainability. By leveraging strategic planning, organizational assets, grant acquisition, and stakeholder engagement, we successfully established a community-driven model that provides essential services, fosters independence, and strengthens family support networks.

Working with a university and its international community, I contributed to the development of a Pathways Program aimed at increasing international graduate and undergraduate student recruitment while fostering a holistic, inclusive support system for faculty, staff, and students. The program established a scalable framework for cross-cultural integration, academic and social support, and institutional collaboration, ensuring that international members of the university community were fully supported within a structure that emphasized engagement, retention, and long-term success.

Collaborating with the Superintendent of a private K-11 school district in Canada, I guided a comprehensive organizational transformation to support the district’s growth and the addition of a secondary school. This initiative involved redesigning the entire curriculum across all grades, ensuring alignment, cohesion, and pedagogical effectiveness. I worked closely with teachers, staff, and school leaders to develop a strategic vision for expansion, a more integrated educational structure, and improved operational efficiency to sustain long-term success.
